Our Process
*Meet with the potential client for an initial planning meeting.
*Review Architectural Plans (if already available) I can assist with referrals of qualified architectural firms if client has a request.
*Review Construction Documents & Schedules.
*Discuss the “Wants & Needs” based on the wide range of questions that would be on a client’s mind, such as budgets, deadlines furniture choices which should include the following; aesthetic style, colors & materials as well as flooring choices. In other words “What is the Big Picture?"
